We’ve upgraded your in-app experience to help you do more and sell more. These updates include:
- Adding team members with individual calendars
- Event buffers for breaks and preparations
- Multi-language storefront (Spanish and French)
- Adding the location of a service in the notification email and the calendar event
- UX enhancements, and much more!
Individual Team Member Calendar + Booking
Using our current version, your store shares one calendar. Which means that once you schedule a service to a time slot, that time slot is gone even if you have another team member available.
With V1.1, team members have their own calendars, giving you the freedom to schedule your services multiple times!
Which means you’re free to sell based on your team member’s availability, not the service’s.
Isn’t that better?
This update will also let your team members be assigned to multiple services. Once an appointment is created, it’ll be excluded for the same time in all other services.
If two team members are booked at the same time, the individual calendar can suggest alternative times for bookings.
How can you assign team members to services?
First you need to add team members in the “team” page and then assign them to a service.
